Our story
Started this year, built to stay
Freedom Home Improvements opened its doors in Fort Wayne this year — one truck, one ladder, and a promise to show up when we say we will. We are family owned, we are new, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we will tell you is that a company in its first year cannot afford a single unhappy homeowner, and we run the business like it.
That shows up in how we schedule. One crew takes one project at a time instead of juggling four, so the person who quotes your kitchen is the person standing in it on day one, and a start date and finish date go in writing before demo begins.
We work on homes people actually live in. That means dust barriers, daily cleanup, and a project manager whose phone you can call at 7am. It is not complicated — it is just the way we would want someone to treat our own house.

How we work
Four rules we do not bend
We wrote these down before we took our first job, because the shortcuts that wreck a remodel are the ones that look reasonable at the time. None of them are up for negotiation.
The quote is the price
Every proposal is line-itemed with material allowances in writing. If we miss something on our end, we eat it — change orders only happen when you ask for a change.
One crew, one project
We do not stack four jobs at once and rotate a skeleton crew between them. Your project gets a dedicated team from demo through final walkthrough.
Your home stays livable
Dust barriers go up on day one, the site gets cleaned at the end of every day, and we work around the parts of the house your family still has to use.
We answer the phone
You get a direct line to the project manager who is actually on your job — not a call center, not a form that disappears into an inbox.
